What does LGBTQ+ actually mean?
LGBTQIA+, which is often shortened to LGBT+ or LGBTQ+, includes the following:

Lesbian - describes women who are physically/romantically attracted to women

Bisexual - someone who is attracted to both members of their gender and members of the opposite gender

Gay - describes men who are physically/romantically attracted to other men

Transgender - describes someone whose gender does not match the gender they were assigned at birth
